How did Israel Kamakawiwo’ole tune his ukulele?

I want to have the same sound as his in somewhere over the rainbow, but i cant seem to do it, any help? or tell me what tuning he used?

    The Hawai’ians probably did the same for the Ukulele as with the Slack Key Guitar. He probably tunes it by ear according to his own preferences, which he develops with experience.

    IZ used low-G tuning for Somewhere… (which is different from the standard ukulele tuning). And he used a Martin Tenor:
